CYO

September 2026 to March 2027

CYO is a competitive basketball league with tryouts in September, with the season running from late October through March.

In this league your child will try out and will be placed on a team that will play against teams from other parishes on Staten Island. Each week your child will have 2 practices (Monday-Friday) and will play in 1-2 games (Friday-Sunday)

The fee for CYO is:

1 Player: $395
2 Players: $680
3 Players: $910

Because this is a competitive league we do not pick teams based on kids wanting to play with other kids. If you are looking for a less competitive, more instructional league then you should check out our Intramurals page.

This year, CYO REQUIRES that every family register on the CYO website for a Family ID #. Please go to https://family.cyony.org to register. You will need your Family ID# in order to complete the registration process for OLSS Sports.
